1. Information We Collect

When you connect your X account we collect your user ID, username, OAuth access/refresh tokens, and public replies to your posts. We may also collect the email you provide at checkout or on the follow step, used only to deliver reports if DM delivery fails.

OAuth permissions we request are read-only: tweet.read, users.read, and offline.access. We do not request write permissions. We never post, like, or send direct messages as you. We do not read your private X messages.

2. How We Use It

We use this data only to generate audience intelligence reports and deliver them to you. Reports are sent by Direct Message from our bot account @AudienceXai (not from your account). Following @AudienceXai is required so X can deliver those DMs. If a DM cannot be delivered, we send the same report to your email when we have one on file.

3. Data Storage & Security

Tokens, email, and account data are stored securely on our infrastructure. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. You can disconnect at any time; reconnecting uses the current read-only scopes.
